A small area of woodland in the southern part of Hedge End, providing a natural green space within the built-up area. The copse offers shaded walking paths, wildlife habitat and a semi-rural character amid the surrounding housing. The woodland supports birds, butterflies and other wildlife, and the paths are popular with dog walkers and families. It is a pleasant escape on warm days.
